Lana Turner, seen above, was most popular in the 1940s, starring in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and The Postman Always Rings Twice. In the late 1950s, her daughter stabbed Lana's lover to death. She starred in Imitation of Life in 1959, but faded from view until a guest role on Falcon Crest in the 1980s. The picture is most likely from the late 1930s or early 1940s, in her younger years.
As I said, Turner is my first relic pick-up from the set. I'm also interested in Jayne Mansfield, Charlie Chaplin, Katie Hoff, Carole Lombard, Hedy Lamarr, Bettie Page, Gene Tierney, Erika Eleniak, and Ingrid Bergman. Emmanuelle Chriqui signed stickers for the release but are quite tough to get.

ReplyDeleteHey man, my wife collects this stuff. She's got a Katie Hoff auto she wouldn't mide dealing. It's a sticker auto of course. She's got a Charlie Chaplain swatch as well, but I'm highly doubtful she'd let that one go without it getting something pretty awesome in return. Let me know what you might have to offer for the Hoff and/or the Chaplain. I can send scans if you'd like.
