Must... have... cards...

I keep forgetting when I go to the shows, and I don't see much of what I need there, anyway

By now, most of you are familiar with my type collection - list of haves/wants here and writing about the cards here - but I've got a few more type collections going on.

One is a subset of the main type collection, which encompasses the major releases. I'll make a full post explaining that some time, though it's not too hard to figure out at the basic end.

Another is a series of flagship card runs for the big five: Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Score, and Upper Deck. While you'd think it would be easy to come by 1993 Score cards, they're so "common" that nobody bothers putting them in their dime boxes anymore. I started this "little" collection for a project (or series of projects, actually) somewhat recently.

I need to thank Ted of Crinkly Wrappers once again for a massive group of cards he sent back in April as part of a trade, because he knocked out the majority of one set (and then some) - future purchases have left me needing only the '52 Topps and some Fleer and UD (list below - identified as Run 1).

There's another set of all five manufacturers that needs several cards (Run 3), plus a Topps-only set (Run 2).

If you're looking for some cards to send me (as part of a trade), all I need is any normal card from each set below (no record breakers, checklists, team cards, subsets, etc). For anything post-1980, I don't want any wrinkles or paper loss on the front (backs and borders don't really matter), and pre-1980, most anything goes. Let me know! Now that I've properly digitized this list, I may have a better shot at grabbing cards at this weekend's show so keep me updated, please - and I'll keep this updated.

I guarantee when all is said and done I'll show you what I've done with the cards (hopefully just after Christmas).
